You have to wait a minute to see the movie file. It is downloading. One of the point of this training is to control your knees. You come to kick up two knees in this motion, and the first kick needs more attention. You should kick up the first knee, which is not the final kick of apchagi, clearly to the hight of chest. You should not kick far away at the first kick, but try to kick up closely and high to your chest. If you intend to kick farther at first, you will fail to kick the target far away. Every point of the training is almost same to the basic mureup chagi. Fundamental Factor of This Training Basically, Taekwondo is the way of mind.(SJKY, Ch.9-2) For attacking motion needs attacking mind while defending motion defendiing mind in Taekwondo.(SJKY, Ch. 5-5) Thus, you should understand what you ard doing in this motion, and try to do that. "When you attack the opponent you should first thrust him with your killing spirit; next catch him with your piercing sight; and finally subdue him with your motion."(PPT. Ch.34) |
